Publisher's description of FindTextInFiles
You can run the ?findtextinfiles.reg? file in the c:program filesfindtextinfiles directory to be able to right-click on a folder and launch FindTextInFiles. Using this method it automatically fills in the folder you want to search.You may remove it by deleting the key called ?FindTextInFiles? in your registry at the following location: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTFoldershellFindTextInFiles
New addition: right click on the filename for options (open file, open file in Notepad, open containing folder, or open file in FindTextInFiles which shows you where your search string was found.
With this 1.1 Version, you can print your results and find files that do not contain the text string specified.
The author requests that users email him with any comments/suggestions as this is the first version and it is very basic.
